About the Role
Join a growing privately owned wealth management firm as a Senior Paraplanner, supporting advisers with complex strategy development, research, modelling and advice preparation. Reporting to the leadership team and working closely with advisers, compliance and paraplanning colleagues, you'll play a key role in technical quality, team mentoring and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare compliant SOAs and advice documents
• Conduct strategy research, modelling and projections
• Review technical quality and compliance outcomes
• Support advisers with complex client strategies
• Mentor and train junior Paraplanners
• Manage workflow priorities and service standards

Skills & Experience

• Completed or working towards relevant studies
• Strong Xplan and Xtools+ capability
• Experience preparing compliant advice documents
• Sound knowledge of legislation and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and team focus
