About the Role

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating and converting sales opportunities, conducting customer consultations, and guiding homeowners through the solar installation process.

You will work closely with our operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with qualified leads and prospective customers.

Conduct consultations either in person, over the phone, or via video meetings.

Understand customer energy needs and recommend suitable solar solutions.

Prepare and present solar proposals and quotations.

Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.

Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Stay up to date with solar industry trends, products, and government incentives.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Professional presentation and customer service skills.

Current Australian driver's licence.

Full working rights in Australia.

Highly Regarded

Previous experience in solar, battery storage, electrical, home improvement, and/or B2C sales.

Experience using CRM software.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
