As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Associate Adviser to work alongside our advisers, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice while continuing to develop your own technical and client-facing capabilities.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys strategy, thrives in client meetings and wants a genuine pathway towards becoming a Financial Adviser.

We are particularly interested in experienced Paraplanners, Associate Advisers, or Senior Client Service Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career and become more involved in advice strategy and client relationships.

About the Role

Working closely with our advisers, you'll become an integral part of the advice process, from strategy development through to implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Attending client meetings alongside advisers and contributing to discussions

Developing detailed financial planning strategies tailored to client goals

Preparing high-quality Statements of Advice and Record of Advice documents

Conducting technical research across superannuation, retirement, tax, investments, insurance and estate planning

Modelling financial strategies and analysing client outcomes

Liaising with clients and product providers to facilitate implementation

Supporting advisers with ongoing client reviews and strategic opportunities

Providing guidance and support on higher-level client servicing and implementation matters where required

Ensuring advice documentation meets compliance and quality standards

Contributing ideas that improve client outcomes and business efficiency

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex financial problems and genuinely wants to make a difference in clients' lives.

You may currently be working as a Paraplanner, Associate Adviser, or an experienced Client Service Manager looking to broaden your career into strategic advice.

You'll ideally have:

Minimum 3 years' experience within a financial planning practice

A degree in Financial Planning (or equivalent approved qualification), or be working towards one

Strong technical knowledge across superannuation, investments, tax strategies and retirement planning

Experience preparing advice documents or supporting the advice process

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and strong analytical ability

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and continually improve

Professional presentation and confidence working directly with clients

A genuine interest in progressing towards an adviser career path

Experience with Xplan and financial modelling software will be highly regarded.
