Up till $4,400 basic + Variable Bonus + AWS (No commission) (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
Location: Kaki Bukit Crescent
Working Days/Timings: 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable elevator/escalator repair, replacement and modernisation solutions.
Conduct site surveys and equipment assessments to identify technical requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, factory, operations, suppliers and subcontractors on solutions and projects.
Prepare cost estimates, quotations, technical proposals and supporting documents.
Present proposals, negotiate with customers and follow up to secure orders and meet sales targets.
Coordinate project execution and provide customers with regular updates.
Manage customer concerns, complaints and technical/commercial enquiries.
Build and maintain relationships with building owners, property managers, consultants and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities through customer visits, account development and market research.
Monitor quotations, sales opportunities, orders and outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations and project information.
Ensure solutions and activities comply with company standards, safety requirements and contractual obligations.
Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, business development or customer-facing engineering roles.
Experience in the lift/elevator, escalator, building services, engineering, manufacturing or related industry.
Good commercial awareness with the ability to understand customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
Able to manage multiple customer enquiries, quotations and projects while meeting deadlines.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineering, operations and other internal teams.
