We are currently offering a full time CS0 role, however part time would be considered for the right candidate.

The Role

As our Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Prepare applications, liaise and implement with product providers for new and existing client requirements.

Preparation and collation of documents for clients' meetings

Correspond with clients to keep them updated along the way.

Back up for phone and reception (lunch breaks, phone overflow etc)

Key Requirements

Minimum 4-5 years' experience within a Financial Planning firm in a similar role.

X-Plan (Compass) experience mandatory

Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, with a passion to delivering outstanding customer service

A sound understanding of Financial Planning administration and advice implementation process

The ability to prioritise workflow, work autonomously and collaboratively within a team

A willingness to learn and develop in your role
