You’ll be expected to confidently guide prospects through the decision-making process, handle objections and close — while always delivering a respectful, human and consultative experience aligned to our wellness purpose.

Your future gig
When opportunities arise, our Membership Sales Consultants are at the heart of every new member journey.

They bring our brand to life by:

Understanding each prospect’s goals, motivations and buying criteria, and guiding them through a consultative sales conversation

Delivering a seamless, non-intimidating sign-up and onboarding experience for every new member

Achieving individual sales targets while maintaining quality, integrity and long-term relationships

Supporting existing members with enquiries, changes and re-engagement conversations to improve retention and saves

Handling feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring positive outcomes wherever possible

Staying on top of admin to keep processes smooth and accurate

Advocating safety and contributing to a safe, welcoming club environment

Find ways to go above and beyond — especially when it meaningfully improves someone’s experience

Who thrives in this role

Experience in a target-driven, direct sales role

Comfortable working with clear performance expectations

Motivated by achieving targets and taking accountability for your results

Confident influencing decisions, handling objections and asking for the close

People-focused, resilient and able to build trust quickly

Looking for more than a short-term role and interested in building capability and progression within a premium global brand

Flexible to work a non-traditional roster across the week (including some weekend work)
