Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
Process sales orders and quotations accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
Follow up on order status and provide updates to customers.
Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of customer service, sales support, or order processing experience in Electronics industry preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
