The Role
As a paraplanner/associate advsior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, holistic advice to our clients.
You will:
Work closely with senior advisers on strategy development
Prepare and assist in presenting SOAs and ROAs
Support advice implementation and compliance processes
Conduct investment, superannuation and insurance reviews
Assist in managing client relationships and meeting preparation
Provide technical support across super, risk, retirement and investment strategies
Contribute to strategic discussions and internal improvements
Booking client appointments
This role offers real responsibility and real development — not just administrative support.
What You’ll Bring
4+ years’ experience in the advice industry
Strong experience in advice implementation
RG146 compliant with relevant tertiary qualifications
Experience preparing SOAs and supporting client meetings
High attention to detail and strong written communication
Confidence working with clients and internal stakeholders
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
Xplan experience highly regarded
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)

Competitive salary package: $95,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
