Role Description

As a Customer Services Associate, you'll be the person clients turn to first. You'll meet people from all walks of life, understand what actually matters to them, and help them figure out the best way forward. You'll manage your own portfolio, stay close to your clients over time, and build relationships that go well beyond a single conversation. No two days look the same, and how far you take this is entirely up to you.
