This represents an outstanding opportunity with a well established wealth management firm based in Southport. This firm has been in operation for many years and a known for the high quality service they provide their clients. The firm is modern, innovative and operate with the highest level of ethics.

POSITION

Due to an internal restructuring and growth, the position of Practice Manager has been created.

This role will involve the successful candidate working alongside the executive team to provide the following:

• Managing the day to day operations of the firm
• Managing the team and managing workflow
• Special projects and implementing new systems and processes
• Ensure compliance
• Coach, mentor and develop team members

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• 5+ years experience in a leadership role within financial planning
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Exceptional working knowledge of Xplan
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to be a team player
