Solar Installation Manager – Lead the Future of Renewable Energy
Location: Perth, WA
Salary: $160,000 + Super | OTE $200,000
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role

We’re seeking a Solar Installation Manager to lead multiple teams across Western Australia, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellence across all installations.
This is your chance to step into a senior leadership role where you’ll guide electricians, apprentices, and technicians — setting the standard for workmanship, training, and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and manage five installation teams delivering 35+ solar installs per week
Train, mentor, and develop Electricians, Apprentices, and Technicians onsite
Oversee quality control and compliance on all installations (pre- and post-job)
Manage and grow WA’s subcontractor network to meet project demand
Ensure installations meet CEC and safety standards
Work closely with company leadership to meet business performance goals
Stay hands-on and lead from the front when required
What We’re Looking For
WA Electrical Licence and CEC Accreditation (essential)
Proven experience managing multiple solar installation teams
Strong knowledge of solar and battery systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Passion for renewable energy, safety, and quality
Ability to motivate and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment
