With over 140 staff nationally and projects booked solid through to June 2026, we’re expanding our commercial solar and battery division. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, dedicated, and fun-loving professional to join us as our Project Manager leading projects up to 1 MW across Perth. You’ll report directly to the Directors — a self-starter with laser focus, sharp coordination skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & TRAITS

Minimum 5 year in project or operations management within the electrical, solar or building construction space

Proven ability to lead, communicate, and motivate installers and subcontractors

Highly organised, adaptable, and thrives under pressure

Excellent people and negotiation skills — empathy with authority

Energetic and positive — you bring life into every site and meeting

Strong grasp of technical drawings, compliance codes, and WHS

Fluent written and verbal English with strong documentation skills

YOUR MISSION

Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to specification

Manage installation teams and coordinate workflow for solar and battery jobs up to 1 MW

Streamline processes to lift efficiency and quality

Provide solutions and technical guidance aligned with company and CEC standards

Maintain WHS and compliance across all sites

Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational growth

QUALIFICATIONS

Working at Heights certification

Solid understanding of AS/NZS standards and WHS compliance

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
