Small law office seeking a junior position candidate for in person administrative and receptionist duties.
Work hours are 9am-5pm Mondays to Fridays. Willing to discuss alternative hours or part-time hours for a suitable candidate.
Duties
Duties include front-of-house receptionist duties, answering telephone calls and email messages as they come in promptly and professionally, and assisting with office administrative and clerical duties during receptionist downtime.
Receptionist duties include liaising with clients and external service providers and organising appointments and scheduling.
Administrative duties include assisting with drafting correspondence, invoices, file notes, general file management and assisting with lawyers.
The ideal candidate will be capable of teamwork in a professional workplace and will have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
No experience is necessary but relevant industry experience or qualifications are desirable. All serious applicants will be considered.
A successful candidate will be required to undergo a national police check.
Mandatory requirements
Work authorisation in Australia.
