This role is to provide support to the Overall support for smooth running of the office.
General Duties and Responsibilities
Office Administration
· Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and facilities.
· Organise and maintain filing systems, records, and documentation.
· Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
· Repairs and maintenance issues
Financial & HR Support
· Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoices, expenses, and petty cash.
· Manage the Daily accounts queries, Inbox and client invoicing.
· Prepare fortnightly pay runs
· Preparing weekly and Monthly Financial reports
· Support HR with recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and compliance.
· Manage employee timesheets.
· Support performance review scheduling and documentation.
Health, Safety & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies.
· Manage office risk assessments, emergency procedures, and staff inductions.
· Maintain compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
· Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
· Asset management
· Oversee the QA of administrative procedures
Communication & Coordination
· Act as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and suppliers.
· Liaise with IT, HR, and Finance to ensure smooth business operations.
· Coordinate communication between teams and management.
Leadership & Supervision
· Supervise administrative staff, delegating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
