The role:
You will play a critical role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the business and office space. This role is focused on tactical execution, ensuring administrative excellence and operational momentum across meetings, calendars, communications, and events and general office management.
Responsibilities:
Calendar & Meeting Management
Travel & Event Coordination
Administrative & Operational Support
Presentation & Document Preparation
Communication & Coordination
Marketing & Social Media Support
Project, Compliance & Office Support
Office Management - new starter setup, supplies, signage and general office management.
About You:
Previous experience in a scaling business where wearing multiple hats is the norm.
The ability to find a solution with minimal direction and information is essential
You are proactive, and reliable, with a bias for action and a can-do attitude.
You are a clear communicator and can tailor tone appropriately to any stakeholder, strong in concise written communication and crafting presentations.
You have business acumen and understand commercial issues.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You will have a strong service mindset and be comfortable supporting senior stakeholders.
