We provide an individualized, person-centered service to a range of neurological and vestibular clients and are leaders in concussion management which falls within the thriving vestibular service. Our primary location is in Mount Waverley with purpose-built rooms in both Mount Waverley and Ivanhoe and consulting rooms in St Kilda. About the team and the role:
The team at NRG consists of clinical and administration teams, in addition to allied health assistants who work across both teams. Within the clinical team there are 30 Physiotherapists and 10 Exercise Physiologists, and the administrative team has 8 members. Both teams are supported by the General Manager and Principal Physiotherapist.
Practice Manager:
The purpose of the Practice Manager role is to ensure efficient and effective management of the non-clinical day to day running of NRG and ensure compliance requirements of the business are met. They are a member of the NRG leadership team, and the role involves working with, and supporting others, across both the administration and clinical teams, as well as ensuring our clients and stakeholders have an excellent experience when engaging with our services. The Practice Manger reports to the General Manager and Principal Physiotherapist, with the role requiring exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple competing demands whilst meeting key deadlines. Communication and collaboration with team members across the entire practice is essential. Days and hours for this position could be negotiated for the right person. The role will primarily be based at Mount Waverley, however there will be a requirement to also have a presence at our Ivanhoe practice.
