Your Day Will Involve:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of personal injury and insurance claims, including workers’ compensation, CTP, and public liability matters
• Advising clients on policy interpretation, liability, and quantum issues
• Drafting clear and concise legal correspondence, advices, and submissions
• Attending mediations and conferences, and supporting strategic negotiations
• Collaborating closely with a highly regarded Partner and Special Counsel on complex matters
• Building strong client relationships and developing your profile in the insurance sector

Who You’ll Be Working With:

You’ll work closely with a well-respected Partner and an experienced Special Counsel, both recognised for their deep expertise in statutory classes and defendant insurance. The team is known for its practical approach, inclusive culture, and genuine investment in development. Who Will Fit This Opportunity?

• 3+ years PAE in insurance, personal injury, or related litigation
• Experience in workers’ compensation or public liability claims
• Strong drafting and analytical abilities
