Join a leading insurance litigation team working with three highly regarded partners across professional indemnity and employment practices liability (EPL) matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to build experience in complex, high-quality defendant work for major insurers.

About You

You will have a minimum of 1 + years post admission experience and up to 3 years PAE, gained in defendant insurance matters.

You will demonstrate a strong interest in professional indemnity and EPL, but it is not a requirement of the role that you have this direct experience.

You’ll work on a broad range of matters involving:

Professional indemnity claims for lawyers, accountants, engineers, and other professionals

Employment practices liability disputes and investigations

Policy interpretation, coverage advice, and liability issues

Mediations, settlements, and court proceedings with partner involvement
