💰 $40 – $50 per hour + Super + Overtime (based on experience)

About the Roles
We are seeking skilled and motivated Excavator Operators with experience in civil construction — ideally within the subdivision space. You’ll be responsible for operating excavators across a variety of civil projects in the North of Adelaide region, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

These are full-time, long-term opportunities for operators who take pride in their work, uphold safety standards, and enjoy being part of a professional and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Operate excavators safely and efficiently across various civil works and subdivision projects

Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment

Perform trenching, backfilling, site preparation, and general earthworks

Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to meet project goals

Follow company and site safety procedures at all times

About You
To be successful in these roles, you will have:

Proven experience operating excavators in civil construction

Subdivision experience (preferred but not essential)

Perform final trim / detailed excavation / GPS knowledge

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity

Current driver’s licence and relevant plant operator tickets

White Card (mandatory) and other site tickets (advantageous)
