Business Development Manager – Franchise Partner Support

About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Wizard Pharmacy franchise partners by providing strategic advice, data-driven insights, and operational guidance. Your expertise will help franchisees optimise their business, ensure brand compliance, and enhance their positioning as leading community pharmacies.

This role is perfect for a business-savvy individual with experience in retail, business development, or multi-site management—pharmacy knowledge is a plus, but not essential!

What You Will Do:

Provide Strategic Business Support – Work closely with franchise partners to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and business growth.

Drive Franchisee Satisfaction & Engagement – Build strong relationships, deliver development workshops, and enhance the overall franchise experience.

Ensure Brand Compliance – Conduct audits, support onboarding, and uphold Wizard Pharmacy’s high standards.

Analyse & Report Key Business Metrics – Use data to generate insights and guide strategic decision-making.

Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless franchise support model.

What You’ll Bring:

✔ 5+ years of experience in business development, retail management, or a related field.
✔ Strong commercial and financial acumen—experience in analysing P&L statements and key metrics.
✔ Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
✔ A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
✔ Tertiary qualification in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
✔ Pharmacy related qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.
