Hiring Trainer and Assessor – Building and Construction Trades (Bricklaying, Carpentry, Painting & Decorating)

About the Role
We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Trainers and Assessors to deliver and assess the following qualifications:

CPC33020 Certificate III in Bricklaying and Blocklaying

CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry

CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating

You will deliver engaging training sessions, assess student competency in line with industry standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality training and assessment in accordance with the relevant Training Packages and Stark Institute’s standards

Develop and maintain training materials and assessment tools

Support students through their learning journey, both in classroom and practical settings

Ensure compliance with ASQA and RTO standards

Maintain industry currency and participate in professional development activities

Requirements
✅ Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
✅ Current industry experience and qualifications in one or more of the above trade areas
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✅ Commitment to maintaining compliance and quality outcomes
✅ Ability to inspire and mentor students from diverse backgrounds

Desirable

Previous experience delivering training within an RTO environment

Current White Card and/or relevant licenses
