What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and managing installation projects (residential and light commercial)

Supervising and mentoring apprentices and junior technicians

Coordinating on-site operations and liaising with clients and builders

Completing installations to the highest standards of safety and workmanship

Diagnosing and troubleshooting systems as needed

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Technician (Cert III minimum)

Current ARCtick Licence and Driver’s Licence

Proven experience in split and ducted system installations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
