About the Role:

This role involves assisting machine operators and supporting the day-to-day production processes within our stone benchtop factory. You’ll be responsible for preparing materials, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and ensuring products meet our high standards of quality and safety. While this position initially focuses on general factory duties, there is an opportunity for the right candidate to be trained in CNC machine operation once they have demonstrated strong performance, reliability, and attention to detail.

At Kitchen Craftsmen, we offer attractive working hours, with Monday to Thursday from 7:15am to 4:00pm and Friday from 7:15am to 12:15 pm, giving you a great work-life balance. Our supportive management team is dedicated to helping you succeed and providing the guidance you need to grow in your role.

This role is well-suited for individuals with experience as a Factory Hand in a similar environment.

Responsibilities:

Read diagrams and interpret measurements

Preparing materials for production

Using hand tools

Assist machine operators

Qualifications/Experience:

Previous experience as a Factory Hand

Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test

Right to work in Australia
