We are seeking expressions of interest for experienced in working full time in Morawa Western Australia.
Positions Available:
1. Team Leader: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic team leader to oversee a small team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and education to our children. Salary range from $68,092 to $73,000 + 10 % Retention Grant.
2. Group Leader: We are seeking a qualified and dedicated educator to work with our team to provide nurturing care and engaging educational experiences for our children.
Salary range from $65,208 to $69,500 + 10 % ECEC Grant.
Start Date: Potentially starting in three months' time.
Remuneration & Benefits
Annual wages between $68,092.96 and $73,000 per annum as noted above to relevant position, dependent on experience and all conditions are in-line with the Children Services Award 2010.

Regional Early Education and Development (REED) is a multi-site Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) service with currently 26 centers located throughout Regional Western Australia.

482 Company Specific Labour Agreement (2 Years FTE required, IELTS level 6)
Sponsorship is now available to applicants who otherwise meet eligibility requirements but have only one year full time experience under our new Labour Agreement.
Required Skills, Knowledge, Qualities, Experience & Qualifications
Essential
Diploma in Children’s Services.
Up to date knowledge of all licensing and legislation relating to the provision of Early Childhood Education and Care.
Understanding of the National Quality Framework and Standards, National Early Years Learning Framework and application.
Proven ability to lead, develop and supervise staff.
Proven ability to promote open communication in a team environment.
Proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with families.
Current Western Australian WWCC.
Current national police clearance.
Current Australian Class C Drivers License.
Desirable
Experience in provision of ongoing support and assistance to staff in administrative procedures, curriculum development, programming, family and community liaison and professional development.
Ability to integrate Anti-Bias strategies into all program areas.
OHS knowledge and understanding as it applies to ECEC services and its implication to ensure a safe and healthy environment in the service.
Ability to work within tight time frames.
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Certificates.
