They’re now seeking an experienced Major Works Supervisor to join their growing team — an exciting opportunity for a motivated construction professional to oversee major insurance and rebuild projects, ensuring quality delivery, client satisfaction, and compliance at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, assessors, trades, and internal teams to keep all stakeholders informed.

• Review claims, scopes of work, and project documentation to ensure full understanding before works commence.

• Supervise all site activities to meet or exceed quality standards, client expectations, and safety requirements.

• Develop, monitor, and adjust repair programs to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within KPI timelines.

• Manage budgets, monitor variations, and ensure claim repair costs remain within approved limits.

• Ensure works adhere to relevant building codes, insurance standards, and internal procedures.

• Collaborate closely with peers and support staff to achieve company objectives and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory)

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager within insurance repair or new-build construction

• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in using computers and project management tools

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to exceeding KPIs
