The Position:
As a Large Loss Supervisor, you will be taking on major insurance repair projects across Brisbane ensuring each project is delivered efficiently. You will liaise daily with insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams, coordinating everything from site audits to budgets and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of large and complex insurance repair projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, contracts, safety regulations and HSEQ standards.
• Conduct site audits, identify corrective actions, and drive a strong safety culture.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and contractors.
• Monitor budgets, manage variations and ensure projects are delivered profitably.

About You:

• QBCC Supervisors license highly regarded
• Experience supervising construction or insurance repair projects.
• Valid White Card and Driver’s Licence.
• Experience commercial or large loss insurance projects.
• Solid knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Commitment to HSEQ compliance and continuous improvement.
