We are seeking an motivated , reliable and detail oriented individual to join our team as an Team Leader for our Ground Crew Works

The successful candidate must have proven 2 years experience using water fed poles, gutter & pressure washing with machinery.

Realm Property Cleaning Services and Height Safety we have so much to offer with opportunities galore and a position available in our team with career opportunity to move into Height safety and rope access team

What we are seeking from our Team Leader

Demonstrated experience in Commercial Window cleaning experience using water fed poles and squeegee

Operate and use of gutter vac, pressure cleaning equipment / machinery

Experience in managing and operating a small team reporting back to the Directors

Ability to work with a scope and set up team members on job site

Ability to work at heights and follow Work Safe polices

Physical stamina and ability to work in the elements

Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently

Have a current Drivers License ~ A Working with Children A Police Check ~ White Card
