We are looking to add Dry Cleaning Manager with solid Dry Cleaning or Laundry operation experience to join our friendly team and be responsible for leading the the dry cleaning and garment pressing operations and of customer garments. Garments we clean include suits, dresses, wedding gowns, silk blouses, jackets, suede, fur, ties and all other delicate garments. We require an experienced Dry Cleaner or Laundry Senior Team member to join our friendly team of experienced Dry Cleaners & pressers and be responsible for the management of the back of house operations. State of the art Dry Cleaner, pressing & finishing equipment onsite. Previous dry cleaner or service laundry experience is essential for this role but additional training will be provided. Perfect role for candidates who have previously worked in dry cleaners, wet cleaners or serviced laundry environment and has ideally previously managed operations.

Key responsibilities for this role are, but no limited to:

Overseeing Back of House Dry Cleaner, Laundry, Pressing and garment sorting

Quality control of finished garments prior to racking

Assisting the Dry Cleaning team to ensure quality control

Assisting the other Dry Cleaning team members when necessary

Regularly liaising with the Customer Service teams across our 3 stores

Ideally have the ability to communicate with customers if and when required

Skills and experience:

Require General Dry Cleaning, Laundry and Garment Pressing knowledge

MUST have Australian work rights as we are not able to sponsor applicants

Ability to learn fast and work efficiently

Ability to operate independently

Eye for detail and Quality Control

Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of dry cleaning, serviced laundry or wet cleaning experience.
