About the Role

We’re after a motivated professional with solid hands-on experience in residential and commercial window cleaning.
You’ll also have the opportunity to take on pressure washing and solar panel cleaning jobs as part of your day-to-day work.

Great with customers and confident communicating on-site

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial window cleaning to a high standard

Carry out pressure washing and solar panel cleaning (training provided)

Educate customers on our services and recommend add-ons

Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment

Deliver a world-class experience for every customer

Requirements

Proven window cleaning experience (1+ year preferred)

Comfortable working at heights and using ladders

Driver’s licence (required)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious

Hours & Pay

$40-$60 per hour + commissions + bonuses + tips (Subject to experience)

30–40 hours per week, with opportunity for full-time as we grow

Paid training & growth into leadership positions
