The Accounts Receivable & Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting both the finance and sales functions at GTG Living Water Pty Ltd. The position is responsible for managing customer accounts, invoicing, and collections, while also assisting with sales administration, customer engagement, and delivery coordination.

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable & Sales Administrator to join GTG Living Water Pty Ltd, based in Smithfield, NSW. This full-time position supports both the finance and sales teams, focusing on accounts receivable, collections, sales administration, and customer engagement. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and reconcile payments.

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.

Manage customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.

Process sales orders, quotes, and maintain customer databases.

Coordinate and schedule customer deliveries; engage with drivers to ensure timely dispatch and smooth product shipment.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, orders, and deliveries.

Generate receivables and collection reports, supporting management with financial insights.

Assist with marketing initiatives, trade shows, and customer engagement events.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, credit control, and collections.

Experience in sales administration or customer service.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary: $80,000 per annum (plus superannuation)
