About the Role
Our Accounts Receivable Officer is a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, focused on the reduction of outstanding creditors debt and ensuring compliance with company credit policy.
Key responsibilities will include:
Debt collection and progress reporting.
Coding and allocation of debtor remittances.
Account reconciliations.
Management of customer refunds.
Success Factors:
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, adept at adapting style to suit audience.
High attention to detail and deadline driven, able to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure.
Process orientation and drive to deliver outcomes.
