About the role

Provide expert nursing care and leadership in the Cancer Day Unit, supporting patients across Medical Oncology, Haematology and Radiation Oncology. You'll deliver evidence-based care, mentor staff, and coordinate safe, compassionate treatment within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical nursing assessment, planning, and intervention for patients receiving cancer therapies.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to nursing staff and support a culture of continuous learning.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centred care.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and education initiatives that enhance cancer care outcomes.
