What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Own projects from start to finish — planning, budgets, scheduling, and all the bits in between
✨ Keep clients happy & in the loop — you’re their project superhero
✨ Lead site ops, manage subcontractors, and rally the team like a pro
✨ Spot risks, solve problems, and keep everything running smooth as steel
✨ Mentor Project Coordinators & build a culture where “we got this” is the vibe

What You Bring to the Party:
💪 Construction or engineering qualification OR hands-on experience
💪 3+ years managing construction or manufacturing projects
💪 Fluent in drawings, standards & project management wizardry
💪 Strong communicator & natural leader
💪 Tech-savvy — Microsoft 365 & 2D/3D CAD are your friends
💪 Current driver’s licence
