Construction assistant project manager- commercial and retail projects to $15m- Northen Suburbs

Our client has been around for 10 years and diverse across commercial, industrial, retail, medical and more. Delivering works to $15m. A genuine focus on the culture, these junior roles are more about the person than the experience. Based around the Coburg area, this business is professionals and going through a growth phase due to repeat clients and quality delivery.

Your new role

This role will be to assist a project manager in the delivery of various construction projects, initially fit-out retail works, and further down the line new build. You will be across contract administration, site support, procurement, obtaining quotes, various administrative duties, and overall assisting with each project hitting budget within time frames.

What you'll need to succeed

• A construction related qualification
  
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to handle yourself in a builder environment
  
• Based in the Northern suburbs- hours 8am- 5pm
  
• 2-5 years experience in a construction environment, builder or architectural design
  
• Full Australian PR / Citizenship- no sponsorship
