About the Role

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring Galipo Foods continues to deliver high-quality products to our customers. This role involves managing supplier relationships, monitoring stock levels, and supporting the smooth flow of goods through the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate purchasing records, statistics, and reports

Generate and propose purchase orders with suppliers

Monitor stock levels and lead times to ensure product availability, reducing shortages and overstocking

Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and finance teams to align purchasing with business needs

Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain efficiencies

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role (or eager to build a career in procurement)

Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident with numbers and reporting tools

A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, with the ability to take ownership of procurement tasks
