About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a friendly and supportive kitchen team in regional Victoria. With a salary of $70-80K (depending on experience), you'll enjoy the option of a 4-day working week and access to significantly reduced rental accommodation close to the venue. Ideal for chefs with at least 3 years' experience working across classic pub or club-style menus, this role offers the chance to showcase your skills in a stable environment while achieving real work-life balance.

Position Description

Deliver consistent, high-quality meals across the bistro and function service

Assist with prep, service, and plating in busy periods

Manage ordering, stock rotation, and supplier coordination as required

Uphold food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards

Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture

Position Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience working with classic pub or club-style menus

Trade qualification (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)

Team-focused attitude with good communication skills

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
