A receptionist and administrator with strong communication and computing skills and at least 2 years’ experience in a professional office would be joining the small and busy administration team in pleasant offices with public transport on the doorstep. The role is available as either a full-time or part-time position with plenty of flexibility for the successful applicant. Salary will depend on your skills and relevant experience.
What will the role include:
· You will be the first point of contact for this professional office, welcoming visitors to the office, answering phone calls and keeping the front of house tidy and welcoming
· Manage the collection and distribution of mail and organise kitchen and office supplies
· Maintain and update databases accurately and efficiently
· Oversee maintenance and supplies for office equipment and phone systems
· Prepare and format documents, reports and correspondence using MS Office and other specialised software and portals (training provided)
· General administrative support to management and professional staff including calendar management, meeting schedules and liaising with clients. You will help organise meeting rooms and make sure client meetings run smoothly and professionally
· Support Associates with onboarding new clients, ASIC and ATO activities and correspondence (with training)
· Provide support in organising and running internal and external corporate events
