Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute hands-on to projects using Databricks, Apache Spark, and related big data tools to build scalable, high-performing pipelines and platforms.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to design and implement data architectures that simplify complex business problems.
• Drive adoption of modern CI/CD, MLOps, and DevOps pipelines, ensuring automation and quality at scale.
• Advise customers on strategic technical decisions, challenge assumptions, and guide teams in overcoming roadblocks.
• Mentor peers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing to maintain a reputation for technical excellence.
• Work across cloud platforms integrating Databricks with Hadoop, Flink, Presto, Redshift, and others.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Databricks Data Engineering Professional or Associate Certification.
• Significant experience in data engineering roles (2+ years consultants, 4+ seniors, 7+ architects).
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL, with Scala preferred.
• Expertise with cloud data architectures, Databricks platform, and Apache Spark.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with BigQuery, Synapse, Redshift, Hadoop, Flink, Presto.
• Knowledge of modern CI/CD, automation, MLOps, and DevOps best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to challenge and lead technical strategy.
• Passion for educating others and evangelizing technical best practices.
