Senior Solution Architect

We’re looking for a Solution Architect who’s motivated by real technical leadership — designing and delivering systems that matter at scale. You’ll join a team driving large digital and cloud transformation programs that underpin how key elemnts of Australia’s financial markets work.

You’ll be part of a team advancing major technology initiatives — from digital service redesign to cloud modernisation. With growing emphasis on data, integration, and AI, this is a setting where architecture quality drives both performance and regulatory impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead solution design across complex projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and technology principles.
• Produce architecture and integration designs, functional specifications, and solution roadmaps.
• Work closely with analysts, designers, architects, and developers to guide technical direction.
• Scope and design end-to-end solutions that are secure, scalable, and future-ready.
• Provide input into business cases and proposals to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with strategic goals.
• Support production and deployment problem-solving when critical issues arise.
• Contribute to architecture governance and maintain design artefacts in the enterprise repository.

About You
Core Experience

• Extensive experience in Solution Architecture within enterprise-scale environments.
• Background in designing end-to-end solution architectures aligned with enterprise blueprints.
• Proven ability to provide leadership across application and integration architecture domains.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to bridge business goals and technical realities.
• TOGAF or ArchiMate certification (highly desirable).

Technical Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with API and integration design, digital experience and portal technologies, low-code platforms, and digital identity and access management.
• Proficiency with technologies including Boomi, Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET, SharePoint, Databricks
• Azure and AWS in secure, multi-cloud environments
• Familiarity with legacy platforms such as Mainframe, Siebel, Java, and Oracle Service Bus is a plus.
• Experience with Agile delivery, Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), and DTA’s Digital Service Standards desirable.
