Are you a skilled landscaper with a passion for creating high-quality outdoor spaces?

We’re looking for a Leading Hand Landscaper to join our team at Superscapes, where attention to detail, pride in your work, and a positive attitude are key.

About the Role:

You’ll take a hands-on role in delivering a wide range of landscaping projects — from hardscapes like decking, retaining walls, concreting, and paving, through to softscapes including turfing, planting, and garden finishes.

You’ll be working closely with our team, helping to lead, guide, and teach apprentices, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

✅ Confident in all aspects of landscaping — both hard and soft

✅ Leadership skills and the ability to guide apprentices

✅ Passion for your craft and pride in the finished product

Preferred (but not essential):

• Heavy Rigid Truck Licence

• Bobcat and Excavator tickets
