Full-time Retail Sales Associate

ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our Sydney CBD team. You’re a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. You live and breathe fashion and are the first to know about the next big trend. You can think on your feet, love a chat, and problem-solve like a pro.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

Lead by example in delivering genuine and exceptional customer service.

Style customers and introduce them to new products.

Be driven to learn more about the fashion industry and the ethos of our brand. Sustainability is a BIG part of who we are (we’re a certified B Corp), and we want you to be as passionate about it as we are.

Assist with online customer service, including fulfilling orders, click-and-collect, holds, and addressing inquiries.

Contribute to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in-store.

Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in retail fashion

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
