Unmatched Support Services is seeking experienced and empathetic Disability Support Workers to join our team in Shepparton. We are looking for 13–15 Male and Female Support Workers and a Full-Time Team Lead to provide high-quality, person-centred care for one of our valued clients.

Support will commence once suitable housing has been secured.

Who you’ll be supporting

You’ll be supporting a female client who requires personal care and manual handling, requiring compassionate, respectful, and consistent care to promote independence, wellbeing, and community participation.
This role involves both daily living assistance and community access, with flexibility in hours once the support begins.

Positions Available:

Male or Female Disability Support Workers (13–15 roles)

Full-Time Team Lead – oversee support delivery, coordinate the team, ensure quality service, and liaise with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and daily living support (including hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility assistance)

Support community access, appointments, and engagement in activities

Implement care plans with a person-centred and trauma-informed approach

Ensure client safety, dignity, and wellbeing at all times

Team Lead duties: coordinate staff schedules, mentor support workers, maintain compliance documentation, and communicate with internal and external teams

What We’re Looking For

Genuine passion for empowering people with disabilities

Experience with personal care, manual handling, and complex support needs preferred

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility with shifts and a professional, compassionate attitude

Team Lead applicants: leadership or supervisory experience in disability or aged care is highly regarded

Experience in disability, aged care, or related fields

Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Current or willing to obtain:

First Aid & CPR Certificate

Working with Children Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check
