About The Role:
Imagine helping someone win their dream home while supporting a cause that changes lives. As a Lotteries Sales and Service Consultant, you’ll be the voice behind our million-dollar prize home campaigns, inspiring supporters to take part in the cause for disability advocacy.
Based in our vibrant Support Office, you’ll join a high-performing, KPI-driven team that thrives on connection, purpose, and results. You’ll engage with warm leads, build relationships, and drive sales—all while sharing the heart of our mission.
In this role you will be working 5 days onsite in our support office located in Cannon Hill reporting to the sales manager. This is a driven sales team that is motivated by KPI's with incentives and commissions for sales met. Day to day you would be working in a warm desk environment selling lottery tickets to prize homes and other campaigns by upselling to new membership programs. Other duties include, call centre inbound phone calling and processing mail orders, updating customer details and ensuring privacy and compliance. Ideal applicant will have call centre sales experience with self-motivation & outstanding customer services skills for upselling.
Day to day Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and mail with professionalism and empathy
- Inspire supporters to increase their impact through cross-selling and upselling
- Build lasting relationships that boost loyalty and satisfaction
- Recover lost sales through thoughtful follow-up and support
- Track and report your success with pride and precision
About You:
- You’re a natural communicator with a passion for people and purpose. A team player with a heart for impact
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, love hitting goals, and bring a proactive mindset to everything you do.
- Proven experience in customer service and sales
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Suite and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven
