CARE Australia (part of CARE International) is an international aid organisation working to defeat global poverty by supporting women and girls to create lasting change in their communities around the world.
At CARE Australia, we believe in the power of women and girls to create lasting change. We’re looking for a strategic and creative fundraising professional committed to our purpose to take our Regular Giving program to the next level.
You’re a data-driven storyteller who sees patterns in the numbers, opportunities in the market, and meaning in every donor interaction. You understand that regular giving isn’t just about revenue – it’s about relationships. You know how to inspire supporters to stay connected and committed to a cause that matters.
You’re also collaborative and solution-focused. You work across teams to align fundraising, digital and communications efforts; you build trust with colleagues, agencies and suppliers; and you keep everyone focused on shared goals. People know you as someone who delivers — with integrity, creativity and drive.
You’ll coodinate and grow CARE’s Regular Giving program – from acquisition to retention – using data, insights and continuous testing to improve performance and lifetime value. You’ll have the freedom to innovate, the support of an ambitious team, and the satisfaction of seeing your work help women and girls around the world survive emergencies and build better futures.
If you’re ready to apply your expertise with purpose, shape bold strategies and make an enduring impact, we’d love to hear from you

About CARE Australia
CARE Australia supports women around the globe to save lives, defeat poverty and achieve social justice.
We work in partnership with local communities to provide equal opportunities for women that they have long been denied: the ability to earn an income, gain access to their fair share of resources, to lead and participate in decisions that affect their lives, and to be able to withstand the increasing impacts of climate disasters and other crises.
Our programs focus on women because we know that when one woman breaks free from poverty, she brings another four people with her — and that’s a powerful multiplier.
