The Role

We are seeking a passionate, experienced and values-driven Centre Manager to lead our service with integrity, vision, and a strong commitment to Early Childhood Education and Care.

About You

You are a confident, capable and emotionally intelligent leader with:

Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

Minimum two years of experience in a leadership capacity in ECEC settings

Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and VEYLDF

Current certifications-First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management, WWCC, Police Check

Commitment to Child Safety with continuous quality improvement mindset

Experience in managing rosters, enrolments and regulatory obligations

Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills

Proven ability to lead, guide and uplift a team to achieve positive educational outcomes
