About the Role:
You’ll provide high-level administrative and practice support to fee earners and Partners, working collaboratively across your practice group to keep workflows smooth and clients well supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders regarding day-to-day matter updates
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Assisting with monthly billing and maintaining accurate electronic files
- Managing diaries, travel arrangements and scheduling deadlines
- Providing general administrative support to fee earners and Partners

Who This Suits:

- 1–3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant (open to any practice area)
- Currently in a boutique or small firm and ready to gain exposure to larger matters and better systems
- Confident with Microsoft Office and document management platforms
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Professional, adaptable, and enjoys being part of a team
