Quantity Surveyor – Client-Side | Infrastructure, Civil & Energy Projects

Join a dynamic project management and commercial advisory consultancy delivering major infrastructure, civil and energy projects across NSW. We are looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to support our Sydney team on client-side engagements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, values autonomy, and wants to grow with an expanding business.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for supporting commercial delivery and project controls across key projects, working closely with Project Managers, Commercial Managers and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost planning, BOQs and detailed estimates

Contract administration and assessment of progress claims

Procurement support and subcontractor negotiations

Financial reporting, cashflow forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis

Variations, claims preparation and commercial risk reviews

Support with bids, tenders and commercial strategy

About You

5+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role (client-side or contractor)

Project exposure in infrastructure, civil, utilities, building or energy sectors

Strong knowledge of contracts (GC21, AS4000, AS2124 or similar)

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline

High attention to detail, strong commercial mindset and excellent communication skills
