Our client is a consultancy who work are looking for an experienced construction Project Manager to join their team. In this role you will be acting on behalf of the client, administering the contract and use your construction experience to ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently and within budget.

Their clients are primarily body corporates and the projects will be in the remedial and weathertightness, building envelope space, ranging in value from $500k up to $15m. You will be expected to lead a young team of engineers and Project Managers, so previous management experience is a must.

The successful candidate will have the following:

Minimum 10 years PM or Construction Management experience in Sydney

Solid contractual knowledge and expertise

Excellent client-facing experience and stakeholder management

Previous weathertightness or remedial experience is advantageous

Capable and comfortable leading and mentoring a young team
