This role suits practitioners who already have their own participant caseload. Please note that we do not allocate referrals.

Remuneration: $120–$150/hr (incl. super)

Rates are negotiable depending on experience and level of independence. We're committed to ensuring clinicians feel valued and supported in a way that's fair and sustainable.

Role Requirements

– Minimum of 15 billable hours per week

– Tertiary qualification in behaviour analysis, disability, psychology, social work or a related field.

– Registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient, or Advanced/Specialist) with a minimum of 3 years prior experience.

– NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check (WWCC), completion of NDIS Worker Modules, PRODA registration. Any other registrations, training, or compliance requirements relevant to the role or as required by NDIS and industry standards.

– Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

– Own ABN, driver's license, reliable vehicle, laptop, phone, and other essential tools for the role.

– As this is an independent contracting role, you will organise and fund your own external clinical supervision, enabling you to choose a supervisor who is aligned with your professional development goals or area of specialisation.
