Benefits of this role include:

$90 to $135 per hour dependant on experience

What You’ll Do

Bring your expertise and person-centred approach to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans that improve lives. You’ll support participants, families, and care teams with coaching and strategies that reduce challenging behaviours and boost quality of life.

We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have:

A degree in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Social Work, or similar.

NDIS registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Experience writing functional assessments & behaviour support plans.

A deep understanding of the NDIS and positive behaviour support.

Awesome communication skills - both verbal and written.

Confidence with MS Office and clinical documentation.

The ability to support, coach, and collaborate with families and care teams.

Contractor Essentials:

ABN, NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check

Driver’s license, reliable car, comprehensive insurance

Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
